Frequently Asked Questions Find answers to common questions about our customized eco-friendly corporate gifts, ordering process, and more. Products & Customization Can I develop my own designed bag? Yes. If you can’t find your exact required bag in our website then please send us an email with a complete description of your bag & budget. We will design a bag for you with the help of your details.  Can you send me some samples? You are welcome to come down to our showroom by appointment to view the vast range of samples on display. You can then borrow or purchase samples as per your requirements thereafter.  What is your minimum quantity \(MOQ\)? We have a range of bags in different fabrics and sizes available ex stocks, with no MOQ at all\! We can print this locally to customize for your needs. The MOQ is mostly 500 pcs for any natural material to 1000 pc for custom dyed fabrics.  Pricing & Quotations Which details are required for a precise quotation?

Please send us an email with the above details, and we will reply with a quotation within 24 hours.  What are the prices of the bags? / Can I have a price list? Prices depend on fabric type, bag size, handle type, printing & quantity. We believe in optimizing pricing according to your own customization. To get the exact price of a bag, please submit all specified details with your artwork. We will send you a quotation within 1 business day.  Can you give me a cheaper bag? Yes. We can suggest options for fabrics and styles that will help reduce the cost of your bags. We aim to meet all your requirements, but we do not compromise on the quality of stitches or printing in order to reduce pricing.  Ordering, Quality & Delivery What can I expect from your company? Quick and personalized service\! Being a local Singaporean company, we are completely accountable for all our products.  How can I be assured of quality? For every customized order above 500 pcs, we prepare samples for your approval prior to mass production. Also, we have a showroom right here in Singapore where you can personally inspect the bags physically before placing any order.  What is the lead time? If you select from our Ready Stocks items, delivery is within 3 days for unprinted bags and 1 week for printed orders\! For any other custom orders, standard lead time is 6-8 weeks for production unless we process under express charges.  What payment methods are accepted?

  * **Credit Cards:** We accept credit card payments via Konigle Pay, our payment processing platform for online shopping.
  * **Local direct bank fund transfer:** via ATM transfer, Internet banking, over the counter cash deposit or cheque drop in at the bank. Please indicate your name and order number for our reference. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days from date of order.
