Can I develop my own designed bag?

Yes. If you can’t find your exact required bag in our website then please send us an email with complete description of your bag & budget. We will design a bag for you with the help of your details.

Can you send me some samples?

You are welcome to come down to our showroom by appointment to view the vast range of samples on display. You can then borrow or purchase samples as per your requirements thereafter.

What are the prices of the bags?

Prices depend on fabrics type, bag size, handle type, printing & quantity. To get exact price of a bag, you have to submit all the specified details with artwork. We will send you a quotation within 1 business day.

What is your minimum quantity (MOQ)?

We have a range of bags in different fabrics and sizes available ex stocks, with no MOQ at all! We can print this locally to customize for your needs. The MOQ is mostly 500 pcs for any natural material to 1000 pc for custom dyed fabrics.

Can you give me a cheaper bag?

Yes. We can suggest options for fabrics and styles that will help reduce the cost of your bags. We aim to meet all your requirements. But we do not compromise on quality of stitches or printing in order to reduce pricing.

How can I be assured of quality?

For every customised order above 500 pcs, we prepare samples for your approval prior to mass production. Also, we have a showroom right here in Singapore where you can personally inspect the bags physically before placing any order.

What is the lead time?

If you select from our Ready Stocks items, delivery is within 3 days for unprinted bags and 1 week for printed orders! For any other custom orders standard lead time is 6 -8 weeks to production unless we process under express charges.
