Customer Service Shipping & Returns Local Orders

  * • For purchases of SGD 500 and above, delivery within Singapore will be **FREE of charge** via Local Courier. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
  * • For any quantity purchases less than SGD 500, mode of delivery will be via Local Courier, available at a flat rate of SGD 6.00 island wide. Please allow for 3-5 working days for delivery.

International Orders

  * • We offer International shipping via DHL. Commercial rates are applicable depending on weight of the purchase. Please allow 7 - 14 working days for delivery.

Return Policy Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:

  * • For returns to be valid, items purchased must be mailed back within **7 days of receipt** \(14 days for international customers\). All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customers.
  * • Returns and exchange are allowed, providing that all items to be returned are in good condition with its original tag still intact.
  * • Return of sale items are not allowed and all items purchased via our online store, can be returned online or in store by appointment.

We reserve the right to decline returns if the above requirements are not met.
